DLGuard v4.6 released!
DLGuard v4.6 is now ready to download.

This release is mostly due to a couple of isses: GetResponse are closing down their original API system, and Paypal still seem to have bugs in their new AJAX style payment pages.
This update will handle both of those issues, plus a lot more:
The changes are as follows:
NEW FEATURES:
- Integration into GetResponse’s v2 API system (for automatic signups)
- A work-around that will bypass Paypal’s bug where they don’t always send payment data to the return page after a customer pays. DLGuard will no longer rely on Paypal to send this data.
- Amazon S3 support. Full integration for Amazon’s S3 file hosting service. A benefit of using S3 is you don’t rely on your own hosting server to send out files, which allows much larger file sizes to be transfered, even multiple GB file sizes.
- Integration with Clickbank’s v2.1 Instant Notification. The new notification system came with variable name changes, which weren’t backwards compatible. Now DLGuard will automatically detect which version is being used, and handle it as normal.
- Free Product integration update. Free Product signup forms are now all HTML code, and so can easily be pasted into Wordpress blogs and non-PHP pages, as well as being fully editable. You can also set a custom URL to return the customer to after signup, instead of directing them instantly to the download page. This allows you to verify a customer’s email address before offering them the download.
- 2Checkout integration update. 2CO products no longer require their own thankyou page. DLGuard will set this up automatically. 2CO’s Instant Notification system is now used, marking refunds in DLGuard automatically. 2CO recurring payments are also available for single item products.
- Clickbank return URL no longer displays a “Duplicate Receipt” error, but will now redirect the user to the appropriate download page if someone clicks on the link in a Clickbank email after a payment has taken place.
- 1Shoppingcart now handles multiple products better, as well as allowing non-DLGuard products in the mix
- Paypal Cart “Add To Cart” links no longer require the “http://” in the link variables, which was causing problems on some servers.
- DLGuard will now display a link on your “Home” page of your DLGuard installation if a new version is available. It will also notify you if your upgrades/support are about to expire, and also give you a link to renew if they’ve already expired.
Current DLGuard members can get this upgrade by logging in to their DLGuard membership area.
